Grace Hearing Center is a reduced fee, sliding scale hearing center located in Tucson, AZ.  We provide hearing services to low-income individuals whose household income is no more than 250% of the federal poverty guidelines. One of the primary goals of our organization is to assist with obtaining hearing aids for low-income patients living in our community.  Our hope is that if someone needs and wants to hear better–we will help to make that possible.

If you are interested in participating in our program, please download and fill out the New Patient info and return to our office.

Steps to become a patient.

1. Complete patient forms to qualify.
2. Be willing to complete volunteer service hours.
3. Once notified, call our office for an appointment.
